These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Tissuco website and platform ("Tissuco", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Tissuco.

1. Use of the platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tissuco. By using the platform, you represent that you meet the legal age requirement.

You may not use Tissuco for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

Data you enter on the platform (items, bales, categories, transactions, etc.) may be used in an aggregated and anonymized manner to improve our price recommendation and market analysis algorithms. This data is used to provide fairer and more relevant selling price estimates for all users.

No personal data (name, first name, email, etc.) is used in these calculations or shared with third parties. Analyses and recommendations are based solely on product information and transactions entered on the platform.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (texts, images, logos, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of Tissuco and is protected by applicable laws. Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Tissuco is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of the information provided. Tissuco and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the platform.
